Although it was only a short hop, we departed at 6 am to
avoid the heavy turbulences in the Caribbean Sea. Following the chain of
islands is always a good insurance. Here is no US coast guard. It can take
hours or days until someone will pick you out of the water in case of a lost
engine.
We flew over the ST.Kitts island, Montserrat, Guadeloupe,
Dominica, Martinique, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to
Grenada
