Third leg from Grenada TGPY to Macapa SBMQ Brazil 1250 Miles about 2050 km

This was a boring flight. We followed the coast line of Venezuela, English Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana to Brazil. Only the last 200 miles, we flew over the jungle. We avoid as much as we can to fly over the jungle. If the engine quits, you are dead. There is no change to survive. After 8 hours flight we landed in Macapa. The first international airport in Brazil, located on the Equator. Macapa is one of the ugliest cities we saw. The black water is running along the streets and a bad smell all over.

The airport of Cayenne.

Europe's Spaceport is situated near Kourou in French Guiana, an overseas department of France.
